hi! my name is kelsie otero and i am the founder + heart behind mesita. i’ve been inspired by the connections formed and simple joys of gathering around a table over a good meal, which is what led me here!

mesita is a creative studio where food + community meet through curated culinary experiences and photography. we’re located in the dc/maryland/virginia area, but are always happy to chat about potential travel. we aim to cultivate stories that connect people, brands, and communities in meaningful ways.

mesita (meh-see-tah), meaning “tiny table” in spanish, is a nod to my roots and my love for the moments that unfold when people gather around a table. you always have a seat at our mesita!
